CANCELLATION & Studio POLICY

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the total cost of your service.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new date. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations, are considered a no-show.

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.

For a no-show, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book again.

Brows previously tattooed by another artist must be approved by your artist before booking. If you arrive without prior approval, your deposit is non-refundable.

Touch-ups are booked separately and are not included in your initial service. Follow-ups and refreshes are available only to existing clients of Polka Dot Beauty Bar.

Health restrictions: this service is not recommended if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, undergoing chemotherapy, have diabetes, epilepsy, MS or an autoimmune disease, or use Accutane or similar acne medications. Please avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your appointment.
